This charming building, which was called Villa Prati in Via delle Dune 42 in Lignano Sabbiadoro, Pineta area, has been renewed and now the new owners called it Villa Federica.

The renovations will be partly carried out in the year 2017 with renovation of bathrooms, all interior and exterior doors and windows, part of the furniture, free internet access and all apartments will have the beach service in price included, a beach umbrella with sunbeds.

Villa Prati renamed Villa Federica rises in one of the most beautiful areas of Lignano Pineta, a very short walk from the sea. Thanks to its beautiful position, the villa is in great demand by the guests looking to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday, without, therefore, having to give up the comforts offered by the city center.
